[SoC] To participate GSoC 2018 as a OSGeo student contributor

Hello GeoMoose Team,

I have already Introduce me to the OSGeo GSoC email thread. But Since I am
new to GeoMoose I will do a short introduction to me.

I am Dilum De Silva a second-year software engineering undergraduate at IIT
Sri Lanka. This is my first time as a Google Summer of Code participant.
Once I went through project GeoMoose It was pretty Interesting for me. So,
I was thinking whether I can contribute to this project.

But after I introduce my self into this organization only I got to know
that project GeoMooze is not in the GSoC 2018 list.

As Mr. Helmut Kudrnovsky suggested and Mr. Basques, Bob seconded, *It would
be really helpful for GSoC students If you could include this GeoMoose
project GSoC 2018 list from OSGeo*.
