The first version of the KML output driver is finished. This week I have implemented code for writing shape attributes. I have also created first draft of the RFC document.<br><br>Many thanks to my mentors Thomas Bonfort and Yewondwossen Assefa and to OSGeo GSoC administrators.<br>
