Hi Guys,<div><br></div><div>I've updated the page at <a href="http://wiki.neo4j.org/content/Google_Summer_of_Code_for_Neo4j_Spatial" target="_blank">http://wiki.neo4j.org/content/Google_Summer_of_Code_for_Neo4j_Spatial</a> for more comprehensive information. I've applied to become a mentor according to the instructions at <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code_2010_Administrative">http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code_2010_Administrative</a> and I've even been contacted by one student showing interest.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The Neo4j side of things is actually heating up with two projects (one GIS and on graph visualization), and a third (open street map) in the works. I am only applying to mentor the uDIG/Geotools project only, but if the OSM one goes live I will probably be involved in that too, but not as a mentor. I think OSM will provide a mentor and I will advise on the Neo4j side.</div>
<div><br></div><div>What's next for my mentor application process? I have not heard back from anyone or anything, and my melange account shows no status change. Anything I should do to follow this up?</div><div><br></div>

</div>Heh :) Well you can also link directly to the Neo4j page from the<br>
OSGeo Ideas page if it makes sense. Any way you want, it's not really<br>
strict in that sense.<br>

</div>Cool!<br>

Let's hope you find a whole bunch of them!<br>
