started to work on selection of areas by polygon in plots. Also I have 

documented and cleaned up backend and fxed bugs.</div><div style="color:

achieve for next week? <br>I am going to finish selection of areas by 

polygons, and I would like also to implement drawing of confidence ellipses. 

These are two last missing features in the scatter plot tool.  <br><br>3)
