<p dir="ltr">This week I worked on librarification of gdalwarp utility.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Next week, I have planned to complete the following tasks.<br>
- complete the c api of gdalwarp<br>
- write the swig bindings for gdalwarp<br>
- add the tests in GDAL autotest<br>
- start working on ogr2ogr</p>
