 new branch gsoc22[1], was created, which is a cleaned version of all the
 code written during GSoC. The files created for learning docker and for
 experimentation were removed, and the remaining files were reorganized.</li><li>Minor
 bugs were corrected in the file functions implementing the affine 
transform[2], centroid estimation[3], and topological colouring [4].</li><li>Reports
 from all weeks were added to the wiki of the repository[5], and a Guide
