I found the webinar sign up here:
http://www.triangleareagis.com/events/free-tag-webinar-61415-1-5pm/

I have a couple questions:

   - Are the times in Eastern?
   - Will a link be sent to my email to join the webinar, or will I have to
   go back to the site?
