[Spanish] Mapscript Python en Linux

Saludos compañeros, estoy intentando instalar tilecache y todavía queda en
eso, intento.

El problema es el siguiente, ejecuto la petición normal, como en el ejemplo
de tilecache.org:

http://192.168.183.128/tilecache/tilecache.cgi?LAYERS=counties&FORMAT=image%2Fpng&TRANSPARENT=true&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&EXCEPTIONS=application%2Fvnd.ogc.se_inimage&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=-124.23800000000003,39.64665,-122.84395000000004,41.0407&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256

y después de solucionar miles de errores ahora me sale:

An error occurred: No module named mapscript

Peeero...cuando ejecuto python en mi terminal linux y pongo "import
mapscript" no salta ningún error....

alguna idea?
