Bueno ya tenemos respuesta de la gente de OSOR, la idea es que podemos
traducir los artículos dándoselos a ellos por lo que parece que no
cambia la política de copyright ni nada del estilo.

Así que nada, si alguien se anima a traducir algo creo que lo suyo es
hacerlo en el wiki de osgeo :P

After a consultation with the OSOR Project Officer, concerning your
inquiry, we came to the conclusion that you can definitely translate
(also thank you for doing this) the case study/s and will find a mean
to republish them back in OSOR. I think the best way will be a line
where we are saying that  the translations “are a gentle concession of
the OSGeo Spanish Community” or similar.
