[Spanish] Portal para la comunidad PAL y extJPAL

Reenvío este anuncio hecho en la lista internacional de gvSIG por
Olivier Ertz sobre la creación de un portal para la biblioteca de
etiquetado PAL.

Nos complace anunciar el inicio de la plataforma de la comunidad PAL y
os invitamos a visitar http://pal.heig-vd.ch. En la actualidad, hay una
versión experimental de extJPAL para gvSIG 1.x <1,9
(https://gvsig.org/plugins/downloads/pal-automated-placement-of-labels)
que proporciona funcionalidades de etiquetado, empleando la biblioteca
PAL (aviso, QGIS también lo está usando y la integración con MapWindow
está en desarrollo).

Queremos aprovechar este anuncio para hacer un llamamiento para
cualquier persona que pudiera estar interesada en la creación de una
extensión para gvSIG >= 1.9. En realidad, los principales esfuerzos de
la plataforma colaborativa son precisamente federarse y reunir fuerzas
para mantener la biblioteca, el apoyo a la oferta de nuevas
integraciones y seguir nuevos desarrollos en el campo de etiquetado a
través de la biblioteca libre PAL. Actualmente está disponible una
versión estable de la biblioteca de etiquetado PAL, y el código fuente
puede ser descargado desde el sitio web. Además está lista una
documentación inicial para ayudar a nuevas integraciones y desarrollos
en la biblioteca central. Se han configurado una instancia de Trac y
lista de correo para gestionar el proyecto

Si estás pensando en una nueva integración de PAL en gvSIG, no dude en

Dear all,
we are pleased to announce the start of PAL community platform and we
invite you to visit http://pal.heig-vd.ch. Currently, there is an
experimental release of extJPAL for gvSIG 1.x < 1.9
(https://gvsig.org/plugins/downloads/pal-automated-placement-of-labels)
providing label placement functionnalities thanks to PAL library
(notice, QGIS is also using it, and an integration for MapWindow is in
progress).

We take benefit of this announcement for a calling to people interested
in the creation of a new extension for the gvSIG >= 1.9. Rightly, major
focuses of the community platform is to federate and bring together
forces to maintain the library, offer support for new integrations and
follow innovative new developments in the field of labeling through PAL
opensource library. Currently, a stable release of PAL automated label
placement library is available, and the source code can be downloaded
from the website. Also a start of documentation is ready to help new
integrations and developements on the core library. A Trac instance and
mailing-list were setup to manage the project
