It takes one person a couple of hours to complete and the task is easily divided among several volunteers to make light work. We have people working on Portuguese, Mandarin, French, and Dutch and already have Greek and Persian translations. I think it will really help out if we can offer Whitebox in the natively spoken language of the various open-source GIS communities.
