[SriLanka] Shall we introduce ourselves to the list?

Hi all,

I'm Suranga Kahandawa, Disaster Risk Management Specialist for the World Bank.

We are supporting a number of open GIS initiatives. 

Let us plan for a meet up towards end September, and discuss how to contribute the sector.
