[OSGeo-Standards] Status of the 10 OGC slots for OSGeo members

Related, the period for open comments on the GeoServices REST API
candidate to the OGC closed this Friday, August 18.

There is a lot there but it's also important to get input on issues
and suggestions for how to resolve them. And best of all you don't
have to be a member to comment or see the existing comments.

It would be great to know who are using the OSGeo allocated OGC
membership slots and get attendance at the TC's.
