<div>Hi everyone: hope you are all doing well. FYI the OSGeo Board has approved</div>
<div>the MOU with OGC [1][2]. We will begin to work on next steps to put the updated</div>
<div>MOU in place as well as prepare ourselves here on the OSGeo side regarding our</div>
<div>forthcoming OGC Associate Membership.</div>
