Kate,

Are you running IIS 6.0 as your web server?  The easiest way to tell is
to go to control panel->Administrative Tools->Services.

Look at the services and see if you have the service "Apache MS4W Web
Server" or "World Wide Web Publishing" service started.  The later is
IIS.  Then I can likely help out more.

Hi Kate: That sounds like a webserver configuration problem. Problem is
that I'm not a windows user (with MapServer). I'm cc'ing the local user
group. A number of those folks have better skills with windows
webservers. MS4W installation *should* be straight foward. Any chance
you've already got IIS running on the machine? MS4W wants to install
Apache for you and perhaps the conflict is there?
