Hi David,

Brent had suggested that it would be good to have an article in the
Spring GIS/LIS News about the Twin Cities MapServer User Group becoming
a chapter of OSGeo.  From the TCMUG webpage, I pasted together the
attached draft -- assuming you agree that it's a good idea to run an
article, feel free to edit any way you see fit.  The deadline is Friday
but you don't have to hit that on the nose (sorry, I meant to get to
this sooner).

For a graphic, we could include the logo (attached) unless you have
another suggestion.
