The plan is to attend. (two from the City)

I plan on attending unless I hear otherwise... maybe a quick hand-check
to see who else is or isn't planning on coming? If people have their
email open right now, and they just respond with their intent, it would
clarify this?

All,

I only saw two (officially) that expressed concern. Sounded like a lot
of folks were going to show up, more than usual, so dropping a few
doesn't seem like a real big loss (to me)

Not that much of a drop. What's the threshold anyway? It's a fair amount
of work on my part to get to these things lately. I used to be much more
flexible on these things, but lately, it's getting harder and harder to
get to them. Had it all set this time.

I'll step up and suggest that we reschedule. Given the over-arching
topic of OpenStreetMaps, I think it would best for as many people to
attend as possible.

Anyone 2nd the motion?

I'd prefer sticking with today myself as well. It looks like there is at
least some quorum that are willing to still make today work. As to who
makes the call -- first person to step up to the plate and say something
with some air of defnitiveness.

So, who makes the call? I definitely can’t make next Tuesday. Maybe

We are flexible either way as well. I just checked the calendar and
we’re open next week, Tues or Wed, at 3:30 as well.

I'm flexible either way - glad to keep it this afternoon, happy to
reschedule for next week if that works better for the majority of folks.

Hi all: Seeing as a supposedly *huge* winter storm is on the way. How
should we handle canceling/rescheduling? Who should
make the call, by what time and so on... Could be a real mess by 3:30pm.
Thoughts?

Steve

I was planning on attending, but now I likely am not going since I have
quite a drive home. I would vote to try to reschedule it for next week
and hopefully we can get a little luckier on snow.

I wouldn't mind pushing it back a week/rescheduling. But, if it's on,
I'll come for a while at least.
