[TCMUG] geopy and MetroGIS geocoder service

I know that geopy is a fairly stable/stagnant project.

I am thinking of using it for a quick project.  Most of the addresses will
be in the metro, but some will be non-metro.  Has anyone built a custom
geopy.geocoder to interface with the MetroGIS geocoder?
