Team leaders might need to get a hold of you using something other than e-mail, that's why we made the phone number field required. Of course, you can always put in "1-800-GEOGEEKS" and we'll know it's fake.
Cheers,
Subject: [TCMUG] Spatial Hotdish - Geospatial Mashup Event

You are invited to register for Spatial Hotdish!

Spatial Hotdish is a friendly, team-based map mashup 'competition' to combine people from the traditional geospatial and web development communities in the Twin Cities. Work with a team to create a browser-based spatial data visualization using data that you find and a few last-minute secret ingredients (inspired by Iron Chef).

When: Friday, May 18th, 2012, Noon to 5pm
Where: At CoCo St. Paul

A social gathering at a nearby establishment will follow the event.

The number of teams and the seats on each team are limited, so register quickly if you are interested. (Spaces will be allocated based on time of registration, but there will be some moderation to ensure participation from both communities and a balance within teams.)

Register Here. Deadline for registration is April 12th, 2012.

Thanks to sponsors CoCo and Minnesota GIS/LIS Consortium for their support.
