<div dir="auto">At the meeting today the group discussed location and we chose to look at Reston VA (near dc group), Nashville (near southern group), and Baltimore (near dc group).</div>

<div dir="auto">I think that location is a bit arbitrary this year as we are restarting after the pandemic. I hope that we can build a better system for organizing and locating this event in the future. </div>

<div dir="auto">Would you be interested in hosting for 2024? If so, how much lead do you think a selection process should start (18 months)?</div>

Would you clarify what’s happening with FOSS4GNA? I must’ve missed that it’s set for Baltimore (yes?) when I submitted the interest form with whatever options I checked. I’m happy to try and help as time permits, but I’m far from local.<br />

I saw a lot of other Minnesotans on the invite and our annual statewide GIS conference is on right now, so I wouldn’t expect you had a good showing from MN today.<br /></div>
