[Tilecache] TileCache Console [alpha]

Hi List,

*** Another Work in Progress ***

In the TileCache trac ( ticket #5 [1]) there is a start of a GUI for the
tool side of TC.  The 'Tool side' is cleancache, seed, and some other
functions that might be use often.

The lastest tarball [2] (tcc.2.tgz) should be OS independent and uses
Tkinter (Python Tk), which is already in the Win32 python, so other OS
might have to install Tkinter [3].

Just untar'd in the base TC dir ( the code looks for the TileCache dir
beneath it).

The Help is currently non-existent and hopefully will get a little more
attention (maybe just displaying the README at appropriate times)

I have used the GUI with versions 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 of TC

the code is rather ugly and does not really use python as it should, but
is functional

I'm interested in feedback/comments/insights
