[Tilecache] tilecache seeding

Hi all,
I have installed tilecache Version: 1.6 on windows 2003 server with 
python 2.5 and Apache 2.2.
I would like to use tilecache_seed.py, but I have an error. I open dos 
prompt and write:
"c:\Python25\python.exe tilecache_seed.py 
'http://myurl.exaple.com/tilecache/tilecache.cgi?' mylayer 4 13 2196720, 
3929160, 2626198, 4288120"

I have this error:
"Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "tilecache_seed.py", line 9, in <module>
    TileCache.Client.main()
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'main'"

Is there something wrong in my syntax?
