[Tilecache] summary - Re: tilecache_seed.py and "an error occured when fetching"

A cursory check of the layer display suggests that the seeding appears to
have run fine.
If any of the seeding failed, I would have to work to find it (analyze
logs).
At the moment I am not motivated to explore further as Christopher suggests.
