[Tilecache] Overview map

A couple more questions:

1. Is it possible to get an overview map (aka keymap, reference map) with an ImageLayer?  I'm talking about the little map that shows your position in the context of the whole map.

2. Just curious.  Is there some reason why the index file points back to openlayers.org to get OpenLayers.js?  Does it need to?  I was trying to do an offline demo on my laptop and it wasn't working.
