[Tilecache] Can I cache layers in epsg:23030

The server where apache is instaled have 1.5Gbytes of RAM. Normaly,
1.4gbytes of RAM are free. MapServer&Apache&WindowsNT don't use memory to
disk cache. I want to use this memory to cache the images.

However, setting up and maintaining memcached probably doesn't make sense.
What do you actually want to do? Why do you think memcached is your best
option?
