[Tilecache] Tilecache/Geoserver UTM bbox reprojection problem

You're using an Untiled WMS layer with TileCache. You can't do that.
Drop the '.Untiled', and you should be in okay shape.

It is the factor of the window size that the single tile is meant to be:
1.0 is 1 times the window size, 1.5 is 1.5 times the window size, etc.
