[Tilecache] TileCache x,y,z values

I'm trying to determine where the x,y,z values of a tile come from.  For 
example, looking at my logs i can see the following "Cache hit: 
-8891766.62636,5421831.29032,-8891613.7523,5421984.16438, Tile: x: 
72908, y: 166538, z: 18".
