[Tilecache] Image handling error

I am getting an image handling error. My image type is defined in my mapfile as:

IMAGETYPE PNG
OUTPUTFORMAT
  NAME 'PNG'
  DRIVER AGG/PNG
  IMAGEMODE RGBA
  TRANSPARENT ON
END

Do I need to define it somewhere else?
