[Tilecache] Re solutions issues

Chris,

I mentioned I had seen a comment to the effect TC wasn't working with
3.3.1.  In fact, reading that comment just gave me the idea to try and
downgrade mod_python and see if Apache would start then, which proved to
be OK.  So I'm not going to run TC with 3.3.1 because Apache 2.0.54
won't take it, not because TC won't take it ( I can't try it out for
obvious reasons).    

I can't get to http://mymachine/tilecache/tilecache.py. Looking at the
how to you point to, I wonder why I need to run a setup ?  I need to
find out why I can't get tilecache.py to load first I guess.
