[Tilecache] Re solutions issues

Yves,

You seems to have some errors in your tilecache.cfg:
  resolutions:96,48,32,24,12,6,3,1.5,0.6,0.25
should be 
  resolutions=96,48,32,24,12,6,3,1.5,0.6,0.25
':' vs '='

and 'BBOX' should be 'bbox' (the options keys are case sensitive)
