[Tilecache] AWSS3 cache: custom bucket name

Hello,

A patch to let the user choose a custom bucket name:
[cache]
type=AWSS3
access_key=xxx
secret_access_key=yyy
bucket_name=my-bucket-name_huhu

This is optional.

Amazon restrictions applies here: the bucket_name cannot contain upper-case
characters and cannot already exists within the amazon s3 namespace
