[Tilecache] disk cache full ?

Hi,

I've made a small script to check if my disk cache is full.

Usage is:
  tilecache_cache_full.py 
to check all the layers at all the zoom levels
  tilecache_cache_full.py <layer>
to check <layer>
  tilecache_cache_full.py <layer> <zoom start> <zoom stop>
to check layer from zoom start to stop
  tilecache_cache_full.py <zoom start> <zoom stop>
to check all layers from zoom start to stop

Its not bullet proof, the script can return wrong results if the cache contains
locks or tmp files.
