[Tilecache] Upgrade tilecache to 2.10

Thank's for your answers.

I'm not a systems expert, and I'm not the people that installed Tilecache. But how our Tilecache installation is mod_python based, is possible to upgrade from 1.9 to 2.10 only copying from /tilecache2.10/ downloaded files in /htdocs/tilecahe/ of my localserver ?

Yep. Upgrade to something > 2.0 (and preferably to 2.10).
