[Tilecache] hows look like cfg file for imagelayers

Hi,

I have an image and want to cut with tilecache.
please give some example.
I get an errorin tilecache_seed.py at line 9 and
Client.py at line 153
my cfg is--

[test]
type=ImageLayer
file=E:\download\tiles\PNG_Image.png
bbox=74.779991,34.080010,74.800001,34.099998
filebounds=74.779991,34.080010,74.800001,34.099998
maxresolution=10
debug=true

how can i seed it.
