[Tilecache] TileCache&WMS problems

Hi guys!

I'm try to connect tilecache and mapnik wms server.
Here is my tilecache.cfg:

type=Disk
base=tiles

[area]
type=WMSLayer
layers=area
url=http://localhost:8000/
extension=png
debug=yes
srs=EPSG:3395
projection= +proj=merc +lon_0=0 +k=1 +x_0=0 +y_0=0 +ellps=WGS84 +datum=WGS84

bbox=-20037508.34,-20037508.34,20037508.34,20037508.34


Config seems to OK, and it is realy show me town on map but it create couple
of tile on page and  every tile is a whole world map.

These is the first trouble.

Second is i cant scale my town, when i'm try to scale it show me just white
screen.

Could you help me.
