Currently, giving access to the 'docs' would also mean giving access to<br>
all of TileCache. I have no problem doing that for sufficiently<br>
trustworthy users, but that trust first has to be earned by a series of<br>
sane-looking changes to some part of the code -- whether that's by doc<br>
changes, code changes, or otherwise.<br>

At the moment,, I'm the primary maintainer of the TileCache code, and I<br>
prefer to review the things that happen to the code. There are a number<br>
of things which could be written into documentation that are not what I<br>
would refer to as 'best practices' in any sense of the word, so I like<br>
to still have editorial review on doc changes at this time.<br>

If you really have so much documentation to write that it becomes<br>
annoying to me to commit the changes, I'm sure you'll get commit access<br>
pretty quickly :)<br>
