Sorry, please post also Your tilecache configuration?<br>

But, if You want to have transparent images You should have to change<br>
"IMAGEMODE RGB" to "IMAGEMODE RGBA", add TRANSPARENT TRUE on MAP<br>
level<br>
and also FORMATOPTION "INTERLACE=OFF" can be set for sure on<br>
OUTPUTFORMAT as well.<br>

In tilecache.cfg You should have "url=<a href="http://your_url" target="_blank">http://your_url</a>&transparent=true"<br>
