[TOSprint] Video conferencing facilities

So a web cam and microphone? The trickiest part would be a decent
omni-directional mic. Otherwise it'll be a blurry picture with garbled
sound. Sophia is going to be running an AR conference in the penthouse
with a video link in December, I think, perhaps she can offer some
guidance on her plans...?
