On PostGIS, i plan to commit some enhancements on imports functions
(KML and GeoJSON mostly)

And also to have first steps to 3D PolyhedralSurface type support in 2.0
(in trunk or sandbox either)

On TinyOWS a 0.8 release based on PostGIS 1.5 is an aim.
