[TOSprint] Hotel Update

Thanks everyone for registering. This morning we finally inched past
our "attrition" number, and are out of the penalty (please, nobody
cancel :). In an oblivious nod to the capriciousness of the whole
situation, the hotel also extended the date we can access the block
rate for another week. So if we have any latecomers, they can still
register under the block.
