[TOSprint] Boston code sprint vs ESRI Dev Summit

In light of these comments, can everyone especially those who said any time
would work for them, or those who said they might come but haven't put down
their names, please update their time preferences.

Oh, and the ASPRS Annual Conference in Baltimore ( March 24-28, 2013 ).

With all those eastern hemisphere flocking to west for Esri Summit, there
will be a shortage of people flying to the East coast and thus plentiful of
space on the planes :)

Summit.

ESRI Dev Summit is also March 25-28.  There are some of us (well, at least
one of us) who are frequently put in a showing.
