[TOSprint] future Community sprint

Seems like a worthy topic! As usual venue is a possible sticking
point... also timing :) spring will over-run foss4g, winter might not?
There may be a foss4g-na in early fall, possibly? That seems to be
slowly congealing. What have you been thinking?
