Should OSGeo FR allowed to use this amount to help any Code Sprint ?<br>
(as for instance the coming FOSS4G Europe 2017 @Paris)<br><br>
Or should it be kept to an another TOSPrint (as Vienna surplus)<br><br>
Or should it be back to OSGeo ?<br><br>
