Michael,

many thanks for coming back. If no board motion is needed, that's fine
for us. We just need a "go ahead" from anybody.

Then we name it "OSGeo Codesprint 2018", publish details on the
website/OSGeo WIKI and so forth. Booking accommodation in the BaseCamp
will be possible soon.

Having done that, we can go to seek sponsors and attract the sprint for
projects.
I don't think we need a board motion on this if we are all in agreement,
which I haven't heard anyone propose any alternatives.

But if you want a board motion I can make one. I'll all for making this
official.
Dear Luca,

I'd like to ask whether there is any motion in the process of allocate
the "official OSGeo Codesprint 2018" to Bonn.

We'd like to have planning security and also like to start to seek for
sponsors.
because when the page was created the official dates for code sprint
was 23-25 March, but after that at FOSS4G Europe I spoke with Till
asking him to extent the dates to have a bigger code sprint, until now
the fixed dates are 21-25 and Till is asking to BaseCamp if it is
possible to book also for 19 and 20, I hope this clarify your doubt...
