[Ubuntu] Ossim package

[Pirmin Kalberer]

Hi Agus,
I've no jaunty at hand. It compiled with some tweaks on Hardy, but ossimplanet 
crashed with a invalid pointer exception in osg or qt. Would be great, if 
somebody could test it on jaunty!
