[Ubuntu] Ossim package

[Pirmin Kalberer]

Alan,

I suspect that some packages (OpenSceneGraph, QT4) are too old for Ossim at 
least in Hardy.
Recently I started with a plain new workstation and gave up all my chroots. 
But I will setup some of them again when time permits...
