[Ubuntu] temporary freeze request for natty

Hi,

a small request from the osgeo livedvd team:

we're trying to finalize our current dvd build, and it's a rather
intricate weave. it it is possible to hold off on any non-critical
uploads for natty to the unstable ubuntugis ppa over the next
7 to 10 days, it would be very much appreciated.

otherwise we have to start testing all over again and delay
release :-(
