[Ubuntu] ubuntugis-unstable should have recent gdal

Please let me know if I can help to add gdal-1.9 to
ubuntugis-unstable.  I have Linux Mint 12/Oneiric and could test it on
my machine.
I am also a GDAL commiter so I have experience with gdal.
