[Ubuntu] SAGA update to older Ubuntu releases

Hi,

I wonder if it is not planned to update SAGA for older Ubuntu
releases, in particular for 12.04 LTS.
At this moment, at ubuntugis-unstable, SAGA was just updated to v2.1.4
for Ubuntu 14.04 and 14.10.
