[Ubuntu] New packages in Testing (Xenial)

Hi,

Just to let you know that I've just done the following steps and found no
problems.
This is a brand new VM with *Lubuntu* Xenial.

1. added ubuntugis ppa
2. installed postgresql (9.5)
3. installed postgis (2.2)
4. installed pgadmin3
5. created a database
6. create extension postgis;
7. run postgis_legacy.sql
